The Fine Print…
The Escape Team realize that Terms and Conditions are boring to read, but we would appreciate you taking a quick read over so we all have the same knowledge. I have kept them as succinct as possible and tried to insert the occasional bit of humour to keep you awake.
Please contact us at 604 307 BIKE (2453) or email@example.com, if you don’t like my jokes or have any questions.
If your child is unable to attend the camp that you have signed up for, please notify Escape Adventures in writing 14 days in advance. A $25 administration fee will apply. Less than 14 days in advance will be subject to 100% penalty.

Missed Class Policy
It is the responsibility of the rider to be present for each day of camp. Escape Adventures will not rebook your rider into additional days when days are missed. Escape Adventures understands unpredictable situations arise. Give us a call – 604 307 BIKE (2453), we’ll have a chat.
Armour and Helmet Policy
The obvious – wearing a helmet while riding a bike is the law.
The not so obvious – Full face helmets are required for Extreme Riders. For those that are riding higher than Bobsled on Fromme Mtn, a full face helmet is strongly recommended, especially if this is a new terrain for your rider. Full face helmets can be rented through Escape Adventures and are subject to availability. Cancellation of rentals is required one week in advance, in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
Arm and leg armour is required for all camps with the exception of the Run Bike Shredders and the Mini Rippers. Other appropriate forms of armour are skateboard pads, soccer shin pads and roller blading pads. Armour can be rented through Escape Adventures and is subject to availability. Cancellation of rentals is required one week in advance, in writing to email@example.com
If you would like to rent a helmet or armour and you have already registered your rider for a camp, this can be found under Other Stuff, then Helmet and Armour Rental on our main menu.
Lost and Found
Escape Adventures is not responsible for lost items. Please encourage your rider to be responsible for their belongings. However, if you are missing something, ask the Escape Team about our missing items box. All lost items are kept for the riding season and then if unclaimed, will be donated.
A waiver must be signed by a rider’s legal guardian before they participate in Day 1 of camp. The waiver can be signed at home and brought with the rider to Day 1. Link to waiver here and at the bottom of each website page.
