Camp Change Policy
On the first day of camp the Escape instructors will do a rider assessment. Our number one priority is safety and we want to make sure that you child feels comfortable while they are with us.
If a class is switched then the parent/gaurdian is responsible to pay the difference for the upgrade. If a camper is put down a level then the difference will be refunded before the end of the week.
Missed Class Policy
While we do try to accommodate missed classes these will only be able to be made up depending on camp availability. As with our cancellation policy we will need written documentation regarding the reason for the make up class.
