We recognize that cancellations can be due to illness, injury or for compassionate reasons. These will be taken into consideration with written notice and if medical or injury with documentation. A credit will be issued in most situations and is up to the discretion of the Escape Adventures staff. Credits will have an expiry of one year from date of issue.
Camp Change Policy
On the first day of camp the Escape instructors will do a rider assessment. If your child should be moved to another level (up or down) we will do this either during the day or at the end of the first day of camp. Our number one priority is safety and we want to make sure that you child feels comfortable while they are with us.
If a class is switched then the parent/gaurdian is responsible to pay the difference for the upgrade. If a camper is put down a level then the difference will be refunded before the end of the week.
Missed Class Policy
While we do try to accommodate missed classes these will only be able to be made up depending on camp availability. As with our cancellation policy we will need written documentation regarding the reason for the make up class.
As we are all aware it does rain in Vancouver and classes will not be refunded or re-scheduled due to poor weather conditions. Please dress your child appropriately and pack extra clothes on those rainy days. Camps will run rain or shine.
