If your Spoke Sister is ready for more of a trail challenge and a longer day then check our new Spoke Sisters .5. The group will ride the trails in the Seymour Demonstration forest and try out some of the lower trails on Fromme Mountain. This all girls group (even the leaders!) will continue to build confident and enthusiastic riders. All riders will be required to wear arm and leg pads and a properly sized bike helmet or full face.
