Monday – Mountain Bike

Tuesday – Mountain Bike and games

Wednesday – Camp Capilano overnight (hiking, swimming, games, camp fire – snacks, lunch and dinner provided)

Thursday – Camp Capilano overnight (games, swimming, shelter building/survival games, camp fire – breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner provided)

Friday – Camp Capilano to John Henry Bikes (clean up at camp – breakfast and lunch provided, back to John Henry Bikes for an afternoon of tennis and games)
